How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $5.95.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website. You can also view your order status by contacting our customer service team.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all unopened products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via the Contact Us form or email us directly. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your items back. Please include your order number and reason for return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Are your products all-natural?
Yes, all Omnaya products are made with 100% natural ingredients. We never use synthetic fragrances, parabens, sulfates, phthalates, or artificial preservatives. Every ingredient is carefully sourced and selected for its purity and efficacy.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Omnaya is proudly cruelty-free. We never test our products on animals, and we only work with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical practices. We're dedicated to creating beautiful, effective products without causing harm.
Do your products contain essential oils?
Many of our products contain pure essential oils for their therapeutic benefits and natural fragrance. We use them at safe concentrations and always list them clearly on our ingredient labels. If you have sensitive skin or allergies to specific essential oils, please check the product description before purchasing.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. However, everyone's skin is different. We recommend doing a patch test before using any new product, especially if you have known sensitivities. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use immediately.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Because we use natural ingredients without synthetic preservatives, our products have a shorter shelf life than conventional products. Most of our products last 12-18 months unopened. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6-12 months for optimal freshness. Each product has a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol indicating its recommended use period.
Tallow Products
What is tallow and why do you use it?
Tallow is rendered beef fat that has been used for skincare for centuries. It's incredibly similar to the natural oils in human skin, making it highly compatible and easily absorbed. Tallow is rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, as well as conjugated linoleic acid, which helps nourish, protect, and repair the skin barrier.
Is your tallow grass-fed and ethically sourced?
Yes, we exclusively use 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised beef tallow from small family farms in the United States. Our tallow is sourced from farms that practice regenerative agriculture and ethical animal husbandry. We believe in honoring the animal by using every part and creating products that benefit both people and the planet.
Will tallow products make my skin oily?
Not at all! Despite being an oil-based product, tallow actually absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a greasy residue. Its composition is so similar to human sebum that your skin recognizes and absorbs it easily. Many people with oily skin find that tallow helps balance their skin's natural oil production over time.
